“Date of assessment: 8 July 2026 and 22 July 2026 with on-site visits taking place on 8 and 16 July 2026. Bridgewater home care is a domiciliary care agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our inspection 31 people received support from Bridgewater homecare. The service had systems in place to safeguard people from abuse, and staff were aware of their roles and responsibilities in keeping people safe.”
“Care plans and risk assessments were detailed and contained information to ensure people's needs could be met safely and consistently. Clear guidance was available to staff to support their understanding of people's needs and how to provide safe care.”
