“The assessment took place on 28 April 2026. Best Care 4 U Stanmore is a homecare service registered to provide personal care to adults over 65 including individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments in their own home. At the time of our assessment, 28 people were receiving a service. Our assessment was prompted by the length of time since the last assessment.”
“People received safe care and treatment. The provider assessed risks to their safety and planned for these. People received their medicines in a safe way and as prescribed. The provider supported people to live in a safe and clean environment.”

“People were supported by familiar staff who arrived on time and who were appropriately trained and understood people’s needs. There were enough suitably, experienced and trained staff.”
