“Date of assessment 13 June 2024 to 28 June 2024. The service has been rated Outstanding. The service has improved significantly from it's previous rating of Requires Improvement. People were exceptionally well supported to receive safe, effective care from staff who were kind, responsive and went above and beyond for people. Improvements had been made to ensure the service was exceptionally well-led. This included new systems for oversight and quality monitoring. Themes and trends in incidents were identified to promote learning.”
