“Date of Assessment: 29 May 2025. The service is a residential care service providing support to older people living with dementia. At the time of this assessment there were 16 people at the service. This assessment was to follow up on 3 previous breaches of regulation found at the last inspection. We found improvements had been made and there were no longer breaches of regulation.”

“People were receiving a personalised service from staff who knew them well and were familiar with their needs and preferences. People’s privacy and dignity were respected. Staff supported people to make decisions and took account of their capacity and ability to consent. Management systems were robust and supported the improvements we found. Accidents and incidents were analysed, and risks were reviewed to improve people’s health, safety and welfare. There was a learning culture that supported continuous improvement. Where changes had been made, the provider had systems in place to ensure good practice was embedded and sustained.”
