Incidents,accidentsand concerns were reviewed, and learning was used to improve practice. The home environment was clean, wellmaintainedand supported people to live safely. Relatives consistently told us they felt their family members were safe and well cared for.”

“Assessments were completed before people moved into the home and reviewed when needs changed. Care plans considered people's physical health, emotional wellbeing, communicationneedsand future aspirations. Staff worked alongside healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes and continuity of care. People were supported to access healthcare services,maintaintheir health and receive care in line with current good practice.”
