“Staff spoke positively about the culture within the home and described managers as approachable and supportive. The new registered manager demonstrated a good understanding of the service, responding positively to feedback and taking action where improvements were required. Although we identified some areas where further improvements could be made, including aspects of the environment, documentation and oversight processes, these were recognised by the management team and did not have a significant impact on people's overall experience of care. Overall, people received safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care.”
