“Staff were being recruited safely and in line with current best practice. There was an established staff team who knew people well. Staff attended regular training courses and had all completed the mandatory level 1 training relating to autistic people and people with a learning disability.”

“Staff were receiving regular supervisions and were able to attend staff meetings.”

“Staff worked well with other professionals and knew who to contact if they needed specialist support for people.”

“Some areas of the heating system needed repair. We found radiator thermostatic controllers were stuck and some radiators were rusting. The provider had identified these issues and discussed their plan to make the necessary changes to the heating system.”

“Medicines were not always being managed safely. These issues were addressed by leaders at the time of the inspection.”
