“Tarrys Residential Home is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to people aged 65 and over and people living with dementia. There were 18 people living at the service at the time of our assessment. The service can support up to 19 people. We carried out our on-site assessment on the 17 January 2024; off-site assessment took place between 18 January and 20 February 2024. We looked at 5 quality statements; Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Independence, choice and control and Equity in experiences and outcomes.”
