“People told us they felt safe living at the home. The home and equipment were very clean, and risks associated with infections were assessed and well managed.”

However, staff knew people well and were able to tell us about their support needs and knew what was important to them. Staff worked well together, and we observed staff respected each other and had a good rapport. People were supported to access a range of health care professionals and equipment.”
