“St Peters Court is a residential care home providing accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care with capacity for up to 24 people. There were 17 people living at St Peters Court at the time of our assessment. The service provides care to older people. This was a fully comprehensive assessment and we looked at all 5 key questions.”

“The provider had governance systems in place, but we did identify that some areas of these systems needed to be more robust to ensure people’s safety and wellbeing was maintained, help drive improvement and reduce the recurrence of some incidents.”
“Staff were caring and promoted people’s privacy and dignity. People’s communication needs were assessed. Staff felt supported.”
“The service was clean and well-presented and people were protected from the spread of infection. Equipment was regularly serviced and checks of the environment were completed to ensure the service was safe for people. People received their medicines as prescribed.”
