“Processes were in place to manage risks and keep people safe. Lessons were learned from accidents and incidents and used to improve people’s safety. There were enough trained and knowledgeable staff, who were recruited safely, to support people’s needs. People received their medicines as prescribed. However, recording of medicine stocks had not always been accurate. The registered manager took action to resolve the issue.”

Care plans were updated when people’s needs changed to ensure their care continued to be effective.
