“Date of the assessment: 19 November 2025 to 5 December 2025.”

“St Mary's Convent and Nursing Home is a ‘care home’ with nursing. People in care homes receive accommodation and nursing or personal care as a single package under one contractual agreement. CQC regulates both the premises, and the care provided, and both were looked at during this assessment. The service was registered for up to 60 older people. At the time of our assessment, 51 people were living at the service. The home provided support for people from the Anglican faith community as well as people from other faith groups or no faith. The reason for this assessment was the length of time since the last assessment. The last rating for the service was good. At this assessment, the rating remains good.”
