“Assessment activity started on 15 July 2024 and ended on 1 August 2024.”
“Spring Lake is a care home registered to provide care to up to 11 people. At the time of assessment, the service provided support to 9 people in the home. We conducted this assessment to follow up on concerns we identified at the last inspection. These included breaches of Regulations relating to health and safety, safeguarding and governance. The last rating for this service was requires improvement (published 16 August 2022). At this assessment we found improvements had been made and the provider was no longer in breach of regulations.”
