“This assessment took place from 16 October 2024 to the 25 October 2024. We carried out on site visits on 16, 21 and 25 October 2024. This assessment was planned in response to concerns raised about the management of risk. We made a decision to open the assessment to review the previous rating. We found that improvements had been made since the previous inspection 25 July 2023 and the breaches of regulation 12 and 17 of the of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 had been met. The service had improved their rating to Good.”

“We found changes in leadership and culture had impacted on people and staff positively. Systems were in place that allowed people, relatives and staff to speak up and have their voices heard. The provider had liaised with external health professionals to provide safe care and treatment for people. People were receiving a good standard of care and staff managed risks safely and effectively. Staff and management knew people well and received an induction, training and support that enabled them to manage people’s health and social care effectively and in a responsive way.”
