“At our last inspection the service was rated good. The service has remained good.”
“The service had a positive learning culture, staff were informed of any learning and changes in people’s care. The service ensured safe transition of care by working closely with other professional’s, people and their families.”
“Staff received and were up to date with the training they needed to support people.”
“The service referred people to other health and social care agencies where people needed additional support. The service delivered evidenced based care by using nationally recognised tools. Staff made sure to gain consent prior to delivering personal care.”
