“Under all these areas of care we found people were being well supported. They were safeguarded from harm as staff had the knowledge and training to support them in providing safe care for people. The risks to people’s safety were effectively managed. There was enough appropriately trained staff in place to support people.”
“People’s needs were assessed and relatives engaged in their family members care. People who lack capacity to make their own decisions were supported using the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.”
