“Medicines were managed safely. Checks for safety had been carried out for the premises and for any equipment being used. Fire risks were assessed and managed. The service was clean, and we observed staff following infection prevention and control guidelines.”

“Quality assurance processes were in place to monitor all aspects of the service. Action plans were in place and actions taken following audits were monitored by the provider. Managers investigated incidents thoroughly and lessons learned were shared with staff.”
