“The staff and management team understood their role to advocate and support people to access health professionals. Potential risks to people’s health and wellbeing had been assessed and were reviewed when people’s needs changed. Incidents were recorded and analysed to identify patterns and trends, action had been taken to mitigate the risks of them happening again. Potential safeguarding concerns had been reported to the local authority as required.”
“Staff received training appropriate to their role and told us they were supported by the management team.”
“There are effective systems in place to monitor the quality of the service and the provider visited the service regularly. Staff told us they were supported to speak up about any concerns they may have, and these would be acted on.”
