“This location is dual registered. “This assessment was to follow up on 2 previous breaches of legal regulations in relation to consent to care and safeguarding. Improvements were found at this assessment and the provider was no longer in breach of these regulations.”
“Lonsdale Mews is a care home providing accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care, and treatment of disease, disorder, or injury. Lonsdale Mews can support up to 64 people. The service provides support to people living with physical health needs and conditions such as Dementia. At the time of our assessment there were 57 people using the service.”
