“Following our assessment the service was rated good. We found people were protected from abuse and harm. Staff understood the importance of consent and empowered people to be involved in their own care. People received their medicines safely and on time. Staff were appropriately skilled to meet people’s needs including those living with Dementia. Staff worked collaboratively with external health and social care professionals. People’s care and support promoted equality and protected their rights. The management team had clear oversight and strong leadership and accountability. The provider had robust systems and processes that continually assessed, monitored and mitigated risks, safety and quality.”
