“The assessment was carried out to follow up on concerns identified at our last inspection (23 January 2024) when we identified breaches of Regulations relating to staffing, fit and proper persons employed and good governance. The rating at the last inspection was requires improvement.”
“At the assessment of July 2024, we found the provider had made the required improvements relating to staffing, fit and proper persons employed and good governance. We identified some concerns relating to infection prevention and control and medicines management. We discussed these with the senior staff on duty who took action to start to address some of these concerns. We found most areas of the service were well managed and people were safe and well supported.”
