“Hazelwood House is a care home for older people and people under 65 years who have dementia and underlying mental health conditions. The service is registered to provide care and support for up to 15 people. At the time of our assessment, there were 14 people using the service.”
“We conducted this assessment to follow up on concerns we identified at the last inspection. These included breaches of Regulations relating to safe care and treatment, person centred care and governance. The last rating for this service was requires improvement (published 4 July 2023). At this assessment we found improvements had been made and the provider was no longer in breach of Regulations.”
