“The last rating for this service was good (report published 09 August 2023). This inspection was prompted due to concerns received in relation to the quality of care and culture of the service. We found no evidence during this inspection that people were at risk of harm from these concerns.”

“Quality and monitoring systems were in place to monitor the safety and quality of the service. However, effective managerial oversight needed to be consistently maintained to ensure staff followed control measures in place to mitigate identified risks. For example, staff wearing jewellery while on shift.”

“Risks associated with people’s care were assessed and staff understood their responsibilities to keep people safe. Staff supported people in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. The staff worked in partnership with other professionals to achieve good outcomes for people. Staff were recruited safely, and medicines were administered as prescribed, by staff trained in medicines management. Staff felt valued and supported by the management team and enjoyed working for the provider.”
