“The provider was highly motivated to maintain a high level of care to people. People were protected and kept safe. People’s health conditions and associated risks were assessed and managed safely. Staff were recruited safely and received appropriate training and supervision. Staff were trained to raise and respond to safeguarding concerns both internally and to external agencies. Medicines were stored, documented, and administered safely.”
