“Date of Assessment: 22 April 2026. The service is a care home providing nursing care and support to adults living with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. This assessment was carried out due to the age of the rating for the service.”

“We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choice, independence and access to local communities that most people take for granted. We found the service provided care in a manner that met this guidance.”
