“There were sufficient numbers of staff on duty to be able to meet people’s needs. Staff had up to date training meaning they had the skills and knowledge they needed. There was a calmness throughout the day of our visit and staff were not rushed which meant people could be supported at their own pace.”

“The service was clean and odour free. It was tastefully decorated, and furniture and furnishings were in good order. People’s rooms were personalised with their own possessions, giving them a feeling of ownership.”

“Staff were caring and attentive to people’s needs, responding immediately to requests. The provider had information that detailed response times to call bells. People using their call bells to request support were responded to promptly.”
