“The home was clean and tidy throughout. Environmental risks were identified and mitigated. People were protected from the risk of abuse, harm or discrimination. Risks to people were managed safely. “We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. The registered manager had a good understanding of what the service needed to do to best support people, and this ethos was supported and promoted by all staff within the organisation. The provider was working in line with this guidance.”
