“Broadoaks Care Home is a residential care home providing accommodation with personal care for up to 39 people. The service provides care to older people. We carried out our on-site assessment on 1 October 2024. At the time of our assessment there were 10 people being supported with personal care and 1 person without the regulated activity of personal care. This was a responsive assessment. We looked at quality statements relating to areas in Safe, Responsive and Well-Led. We looked at 4 of the 5 key questions, we did not assess all quality statements during this assessment. For those areas we did not assess, we used the ratings awarded at the last inspection to calculate the overall rating.”
