“We carried out this inspection to follow up on warning notices issued at our last inspection. At our last inspection, we found breaches of the regulations relating to person-centred care, consent, safe care and treatment, good governance and reporting notifiable incidents to CQC. Improvements were not found in relation to consent, safe care and treatment, and good governance and the provider remained in breach of these regulations. However, we found improvements in person-centred care and reporting notifiable incidents to CQC, and the provider was no longer in breach of these regulations.”
