“This was the first assessment for this service. Our assessment was prompted by a review of the information we held about this service. As a result, we undertook a comprehensive assessment to review the key questions of Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led. During the assessment, we looked at 33 quality statements. The assessment was unannounced.”
“The inspection team consisted of 2 inspectors.”
“Onsite we spoke with the registered manager, 3 staff members, and 7 people living at the service.”
“After our visit to the service, we had feedback from 8 staff, and 2 relatives.”
“Care was delivered in the least restrictive manner, always prioritising the best interests of those supported. Recruitment processes were robust, ensuring staff were suitable for their roles, and all mandatory training had been completed. Staff members expressed that they felt appreciated and well-supported by the management team.”
