“The assessment was conducted remotely between 1 September and 14 September 2025, and we did not visit the office. Success point associated Ltd Bradford is a domiciliary care agency registered to provide personal care to people in their own homes. This was the first assessment of the service.”
“At the time of the assessment, five people were receiving support with personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects services where personal care is provided this includes assistance with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where applicable, any wider social care provided is also considered.”
