The inspection record
Rated Good overall. Report published 25 February 2026.
“This assessment took place between 10 December 2025 and 22 January 2026. Step Up -Domiciliary Care is a homecare service providing the regulated activities of personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects the service being received by people provided with 'personal care’; such as help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.”
“This service had not been inspected since their registration; therefore, we assessed all quality statements across the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led key questions.”
