“This assessment took place between 6 April 2025 and 1 May 2025. Restore7 Ltd is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 3 people were receiving support with personal care. This is the first assessment for this service.”
“People received person centred care from staff who knew them well. Staff were up to date with training including medicines. Procedures were in place to ensure staff were recruited safely. People were offered choice and supported to be independent.”
