At the time of the assessment, the service was supporting 22 people with their personal care needs.”

“This was our first assessment at Ree Enterprise UK Ltd. New services are assessed to check they are likely to be safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led when they register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We carried out our on-site assessment on 23 April 2024. This was an announced assessment. The provider was told an assessment was going to be starting 48 hours beforehand. Our offsite assessment was concluded on 3 June 2024. During this assessment we looked at all 34 quality statements and found areas of good practice. We found a stable well-led service.”
