“Date of Assessment: 23 October to 7 November 2025. Pure Care Agency is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people are receiving the regulated activity personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. At the time of this inspection 2 people were receiving support with personal care. This was the first inspection of the service, and we looked at all quality statements.”

“There were enough staff to meet people’s needs and staff had been recruited to the service safely overall. Where there was an issue identified with the accuracy of references, the registered manager responded via lessons their learnt process and measures were put in place to make sure it did not happen again. Whilst no one had come to any harm this meant their full recruitment processes were not being followed.”

“People were supported by staff who kept them safe and knew them well. An assessment of needs was conducted to ensure the service could provide effective and safe care and care was regularly reviewed. Risk was assessed and monitored to reduce the risk of harm people may face while receiving care.”
