Staff supported people to stay healthy and well and achieve their care goals and desired outcomes. People received their medicines when they needed them. Staff understood people had the right to consent to their care and made sure this was obtained before providing this. People were supported with kindness and compassion, and positive relationships had developed between people and the staff who supported them.”

The manager encouraged a culture of learning, inclusion, and partnership working at the service, focused on helping people stay safe and receive care and support which met their needs. People, relatives, and staff described the registered manager as approachable and felt the service was well managed.”
