“This assessment was announced. Assessment activity started on 09 June and ended on 01 August 2025. At the time of the assessment the service was providing care and support to 11 children.”

“We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.”

“The service was led by a manager, with the support of 2 clinical leads. Care was provided by registered nurses or healthcare assistants, which was determined by the assessed needs of each child.”

Care was centred around the child, and reflected their likes, dislikes and preferences alongside their assessed needs. Staff understood and managed risks related to the children’s care, which helped keep them safe.”
