“Nutrio is a domiciliary care service providing personal care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received support with personal care. At the time of the assessment the service was supporting 93 people with the regulated activity of personal care.”
“We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed autistic people and people with a learning disability respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.”

“We completed this assessment to follow up on previous enforcement action taken. The provider was previously in breach of legal regulations related to consent, safe care and treatment, staffing and good governance. At this assessment, we found improvements had been made and the provider was no longer in breach of regulations.”
