The inspection record
Rated Good overall. Report published 20 July 2026.
“Date of Assessment: Onsite assessment 25 and 26 June 2026. The service is a care at home service providing support to adults of all ages, people living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Although the service had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns, some improvements were needed around the recording of this. Managers investigated incidents thoroughly, should they arise. People were protected and kept safe and staff understood and managed risks. Infection control practices were in place and there were enough staff with the right skills, qualifications and experience. Managers made sure staff received training and regular appraisals to maintain high-quality care, though mandatory triaging in supporting people with a learning disability had not been provided to staff. Medicines practices needed to be improved.”
