People were supported to live healthier lives and remain as independent as possible. People were treated with kindness, dignity and compassion. People’s care and support was person-centred, and their needs were regularly reviewed. Leaders and staff had a shared vision and culture based on listening, learning and trust. Staff understood their roles and responsibilities. Staff felt supported to give feedback and were treated equally. Staff felt supported by the leadership team, particularly around wellbeing. Audits and checks in place were effective in identifying shortfalls and driving improvements.”
