There were robust systems to monitor the service, to provide a clear oversight of risk and to improve outcomes for people.”

“The registered manager’s quality assurance system was effective which meant they were able to demonstrate staff were safely recruited, trained and supervised to provide safe care and support for people. People's medicines were managed safely by trained and competent staff and the management team understood their duty and roles in safeguarding people from the risk of harm or abuse.”

“We inspected the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgments about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. We found the provider was meeting these values.”
