The inspection record
Rated Outstanding overall. Report published 17 June 2026.
“Date of assessment: 15 April 2026.”
“Loyal Bee Care is a Domiciliary Care Agency (DCA) providing personal care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received the regulated activity of personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal care and/or support with eating or drinking. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.”

“The service supports people with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments.”
“ ”
“The assessment looked at all the key questions; safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. Following the assessment we have rated the service outstanding overall.”
“ ”
“The service culture and values centred on improving the standard of home care by delivering an exceptional service that prioritised safety, dignity, independence and personalised support. Every person’s relative we spoke with were positive about the way in which people were supported to remain living in their own homes. One relative told us, “They have given [family member] a better quality of life.””
“A key part of the leadership approach was to be visible, accessible with hands on support when additional support was needed. With nursing and clinical oversight, the provider delivered real‑time teaching and learning during episodes where a person’s condition changed. This ensured staff felt supported and confident, and people received safe, timely, and clinically informed care.”
“There were enough staff to support people. The provider had a time-rich model of care with most visits lasting 2 hours. This person-centred approach produced strong client outcomes, a positive working culture and high satisfaction levels from people and staff. Staff told us they felt well supported and consistently spoke highly about the service, one said “I liked their vision, they wanted to be different to other care providers, wanting continuity of care, not rushed.””
“ ”
“Staff completed training in core subjects the provider identified as necessary, this included training in supporting people with a learning disability or autistic people. People were normally supported in small teams who knew them well and understood their individual needs. Staff were given time to build trust with each client seeing no more than 3 different carers wherever possible. The provider accessed external development opportunities, supporting staff to grow into future leaders.”
“ ”
“People were protected from abuse and risks to their safety had been identified and mitigated. Care plans accurately reflected people’s current needs and staff documented the care they provided.”
“ ”
“Care staff excelled in delivering kind and compassionate care. They always looked for ways to improve people’s lives and were very proud and motivated to work for the organisation.”
“The service worked effectively with other health care professionals, sharing information appropriately and escalating any health concerns to the relevant agency appropriately.”
