“There were good systems in place to ensure that the care being provided was of good quality. People told us that staff were caring and kind. People were involved in their care planning and reviews. There was enough well-trained staff on duty to meet people's needs. Medicines was administered safely. Effective systems were in place to protect people from abuse. Staff had a good understanding of people’s needs including their cultural and spiritual needs. The provider worked well with healthcare professionals and the local authority. We have assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.”
