This issue was addressed so all future notifications would be sent to CQC in line with regulatory requirements.”

There were clear care plans and risk assessments in place for staff to follow, and people's needs had been assessed appropriately. The provider and managers demonstrated how they were developing their own knowledge, specifically around the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Feedback from health and social care professionals working with the provider was positive and demonstrated the provider’s willingness to work with others to achieve good person-centred care.”
