“People were supported by staff who had received the appropriate recruitment checks, training, and support to carry out their roles effectively. Staff treated people with dignity and respect and encouraged them to maintain their independence wherever possible.”

“Staff were happy working at the service and said they were supported. They received on-going training and development opportunities through spot checks, supervisions and team meetings. They understood how to recognise potential signs of abuse and the need to obtain consent from people prior to providing care.”

“Systems to monitor the quality and safety of the service were in place. Staff reported having a positive relationship with the provider and felt communication was effective.”
