Accompanying care plans and risk assessments were detailed and reflective of peoples’ needs. Infection Prevention Control (IPC) measures were in place and medicines were managed safely.”

“The service was led equitably and fairly. Staff were treated equally and understood their roles and responsibilities and encouraged to give feedback. Staff had received a thorough induction and appropriate training, with their competencies checked through spot checks and regular supervisions.”
