“Home Sweet Home Care Limited is a domiciliary care agency providing support with personal care to people living in their own homes, many of whom are older people. We carried out our on-site assessment on the 16 May 2024 and our assessment activity started on 12 May and ended on 12 June 2024. During our assessment we found many examples of good practice, including in relation to the care people received, keeping people safe, staff training and recruitment. However, we found shortfalls with staff timekeeping and that this had not been adequately addressed by the senior leadership team. This was a breach of Regulation 17 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.”
