The inspection record

Rated Good overall. Report published 20 August 2025.

“Date of Assessment: 28 May to 05 August 2025. Cera Rotherham is a domiciliary care service providing personal care to people in their own homes. The service supported people of all ages, with different health and care needs.”

“The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects where people receive personal care. Personal care indicates that a person requires help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. At the time of our visit, 209 people were receiving personal care.”
