“We carried out an assessment of Helto Support which commenced on 31 October 2024 and ended on 21 November 2024. Helto Support is a domiciliary care agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our inspection there were 22 people receiving personal care. This was the first inspection of a newly registered provider. At this assessment, we looked at all key questions. We found the service was providing good quality care and support.”
