“Hales Group Limited - Wickford provides personal care to older people living in their own homes. There were 31 people receiving personal care at the time of our assessment. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only undertakes assessments where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. There were systems in place to ensure people received their care as and when needed and when areas of improvement had identified these had been identified these had been addressed.”
